Processing Time
- All original paintings are carefully packaged and ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation
- Custom framing requests may require additional 5-10 business days, depending on sourcing of frames.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): up to $25 for paintings up to 12"x12"
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200
International Shipping:
- Available to select countries
- Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
- Customer responsible for any customs duties or taxes
- PLEASE ASK ME ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Packaging & Protection
- All original paintings are professionally packaged with protective materials
- Paintings are wrapped in acetate sleeves and secured with foam or other padding
- Shipped in rigid mailers or boxes to prevent damage
- Fragile stickers and handling instructions included
Tracking & Insurance
- All shipments include tracking information
- Insurance included for full artwork value
- Tracking details emailed upon shipment
Delivery
- Safe delivery to your doorstep or designated location
- Please inspect package immediately upon arrival
Shipping Damage
- In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours
- Photos of damaged packaging and artwork required
- Full refund or replacement provided for shipping-related damage
- We work directly with carriers to resolve damage claims
Local Pickup
- Available by appointment in Kansas City metro
- Contact us to arrange pickup times
- No shipping charges for local pickup orders
Holiday Shipping
- Order by December 7th for Christmas delivery
- Extended processing times may apply during peak seasons
